The Buying Process

Buying a property in Spain is a clear and secure process when you have the guidance of someone who knows the area and every step in detail. We will guide you through the entire process professionally and clearly.

Knowing who you're dealing with makes each step easier.

1. Initial Consultation

We'll discuss your plans and find suitable areas, whether you're looking for a home, an investment property, or a seasonal rental. We'll explain the procedure, the relevant legislation, and the actual costs.

2. Property Selection

We'll prepare an offer tailored precisely to your criteria. We focus on the desired locations: Torrevieja, Playa Flamenca, La Mata, La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Guardamar, Los Alcázares, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar, and the entire Mar Menor coast.

3. Viewings (In-person and online)

We'll also show you the surrounding areas of each property: beaches, amenities, transportation, schools, and restaurants.

We'll show you Spain as we see it, from the perspective of its inhabitants.

4. Legal Review and Reservation

We'll ensure a thorough review of the property: property registration, licenses, outstanding debts, and all necessary documentation.

We'll prepare a secure reservation and explain the financial steps.

5. Notary and Transfer

We'll prepare all contracts, translations, and handle all communication with the bank and notary. With a power of attorney, we can represent you even without your presence.

6. After-Sales Service

After signing, we'll take care of everything: utilities, internet, insurance, registration, and key handover.

Our goal is for you to feel at home from day one.
